How do I pay?
To reserve your vacation home, we generally like to use PayPal.
Paypal is known as a safe and secure website and it is easy to set up an account (it's free and takes about 5 minutes). After you register your deposit can be sent to: Gilderintl@aol.com. When payments are recieved we will send a confirmation email. To hold a booking we must receive a 50% deposit plus a 5% fee for paypal. The balance can be paid when you arrive to our manager. Generally our manager will stop in at 10:00am the day after your arrival to help you with any questions you may have.
What happens if I have to cancel?
If cancellations are made more than three (3) weeks prior to your arrival we will return 50% of deposit paid (minus the paypal fee).
What is the house policy on tipping?
Our staff is there to make your vacation stay with us as perfect as possible. You will see immediately the diligence in their efforts to make your stay with us a wonderful one. They are hardworking women with families and children in school, so any gratuities are most greatly appreciated.
