It has an open and pleasant kitchen/living/dining area and an extra half bath for guests that accounts for the rest of the space. The special additions of the living area include a hammock, rocking chair, and swinging chair for your comfort and overlook the beach and gardens. The Penthouse apartment takes up the entire upper/third floor for added privacy. $500-$600/week .. Monthly Rates Available (USD) Please check with us on holiday rates.
